lovely rooftop experience
cool designcomfortable barmagical sunsets
the rooftop pool and bar are the best feature of this hotel. the design is super cool and comfortable. i enjoyed having cocktails while watching the lights twinkle below as the sun set. it was magical.
the massage at the spa was disappointing for the price i paid. i expected better service.

the breakfast service had a wide range of options and a very early opening time. it really benefitted early risers who wanted to start their day.

the hotel is situated on a quiet street but close to tourist attractions. it is a short walk to the main pedestrian area and ben thanh market. pickup for all our tours was at the hotel.

Check-in and check-out were super efficient! The staff responded to all requests quickly. The location proved convenient for visiting most of the main sights. I really liked the quirky design of the hotel. It features interesting details everywhere, from the rooms to the shared areas. The rooftop pool and bar offered fine views..
The restaurant upstairs seemed a bit too small considering the amount of guests at breakfast. It was difficult finding a table on a weekend morning. This did not affect my trip significantly, though.

The staff greeted me with a welcome drink. The team provided helpful and knowledgeable assistance. I could not recommend their service more highly.

I found the air conditioning to be TOO noisy. It disrupted my sleep, even with earplugs. the breakfast restaurant felt cramped given the number of guests, resulting in an uncomfortable dining experience. also, the room overlooked a wall.

i appreciated the afternoon tea they offered daily it was a treat after sightseeing it was nice to relax with tea and snacks. the staff was helpful especially with directions and recommendations for local attractions. i also loved my room it was spacious and uniquely designed. the rooftop pool offered nice views
